Delete your AVA account

AVA — Advanced Vitality Advisor is published by Advanced Vitality Advisor LLC. You can delete your account and associated data at any time.

Option 1: Delete inside the app

1. Open AVA and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm, and re-enter your password if asked.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email ava.aiapp@gmail.com from the email address on your AVA account with the subject "AVA account deletion request". We will confirm and delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your AVA login (email and password).
• Community recipes you authored.
• Account-linked cloud data associated with your login.

What may be kept

• Purchase and subscription records held by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat, which are governed by their own policies and legal retention requirements.
• Anonymous diagnostics and aggregated analytics that are not linked to your identity.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
